1. Registration, deposit and enrolment for any of our courses serves as a binding agreement to pay the full course fee.
   
   
2. When we receive your completed booking form we will send you:
   
   a) an invoice/faktura for a non-refundable deposit which is 10% of the total course fee plus MOMS along with a letter confirming your place in the course; and
   b) an additional invoice/faktura for the balance due.
   
   
3. The deposit is non-refundable and it must be paid within 10 days of your receipt of the invoice/faktura.
   
   
4. The balance of the course fee must be paid prior to the start of the course.         
                   
5. If you want to cancel your booking we must receive your written request for it. If we receive your written request for cancellation:
   
   
   • 22 days or more before the course start date, we will refund you any fees and MOMS you have paid except for the deposit and the MOMS on the deposit;
   • 21 days or less before the course start date, we will retain (or you will be responsible for) 100% of the cost of your booking plus MOMS.
     
     
6. Level of English: You must have an upper intermediate to advanced English language capability.
   
   
7. Participants understand and agree that this is a highly intensive 1 week program.
   
   
8. A course certificate of completion will only be issued if attendance has been satisfactory.
   
   
9. Nordic Law Tours reserves the right to alter courses, course fees, timetables or location of study at its sole discretion.
   
   
10. All fees must be paid prior to beginning the course.
    
    
11. Course fees, unless specifically stated to the contrary, do not include travel expenses, accommodation, airport pickup service, external examination fees, personal and health insurance, and travel insurance.
    
    
12. Nordic Law Tours will not be held responsible for loss or damage to private property or for any post that is lost or delayed.
    
    
13. Force Majeure: Nordic Law Tours shall not be deemed in default of its obligations to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach are delayed, restricted, or prevented by reason of any act of God or government, fire, natural disaster, labour stoppage, insufficient demand for any course, illness or incapacity of teacher, or any other act or condition beyond the reasonable control of Nordic Law Tours provided that Nordic Law Tours uses its best efforts to avoid or remove the causes of non-performance and continues performance immediately after those causes are removed.
    
    
14. We reserve the right to change the content of the course and timing of courses, dates, venues or teachers for reasons beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, you will receive a full refund but we disclaim any further responsibility including but not limited to travel and accommodation related expenses.
